OFFICIAL CONSTITUTION<\/h4>

as ratified by the authorized representatives, ILL PHIL, Dantheman, Chrystal White & Rick James:<\/p>

**************************<\/p>

\u00a7 1 Membership<\/h4>
  1. Membership is a lifetime commitment. Once you are a member, it is impossible to leave the Buffalo Club.<\/li>
  2. Any person who considers themselves honorable enough may become a member of the Buffalo Club.<\/li>
  3. Only members of the Buffalo Club may invite new members. The membership fee is 1 CHF\/\u20ac\/$, payable by the invitee to the inviter.<\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a7 2 General Rule<\/h4>
    1. All Buffalo Club members must, at all times, drink any alcoholic beverage with their right hand on even hours and with their left hand on odd hours.<\/li>
    2. If member A witnesses member B drinking with the wrong hand for the current hour, member A shall shout „BUFFALO!“.<\/li>
    3. Member B must then immediately down their entire drink in one go.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a7 3 False Buffalo<\/h4>
      1. A \u201cFalse Buffalo\u201d is calling \u201cBUFFALO!\u201d at the wrong time (i.e., when the other Buffalo Club member is drinking with the correct hand).<\/li>
      2. If member A calls a False Buffalo on member B, member A is required to immediately down their own entire drink in one go.<\/li>
      3. If member A has no drink, they must down member B\u2019s drink and replace it. To avoid unfairness, the same applies if member A\u2019s own drink contains less than one quarter (1\/4) of the amount in member B\u2019s drink.<\/li><\/ol>

        \u00a7 4 Definition of Drinking<\/h4>
        1. \u201cDrinking\u201d is the time period from the moment the alcoholic beverage touches a member\u2019s lips until the drink is no longer in the wrong hand (i.e., the drink has been put down or transferred to the correct hand).<\/li>
        2. Every Buffalo Club member is obliged to tell the absolute truth when asked whether an alcoholic beverage has already touched their lips.<\/li>
        3. If \u201cBUFFALO!\u201d is shouted before or after this time period, nothing happens (unless it constitutes a False Buffalo under \u00a7 3).<\/li>
        4. \u201cBUFFALO!\u201d is considered to have been called as soon as the first sound of the word is uttered (i.e., moving the drink to the correct hand while \u201cBUFF…\u201d is being shouted does not help).<\/li><\/ol>

          \u00a7 5 Definitions Regarding Use of Hands<\/h4>
          1. Any involvement of a hand counts as drinking with that hand (e.g. holding the beverage, touching a straw, etc.).<\/li>
          2. Two-handed drinking is always considered a Buffalo.<\/li>
          3. No-handed drinking (e.g. drinking through a straw without holding the beverage and without touching the straw with a hand, drinking directly from a glass without use of any hands) is considered misconduct and therefore always considered a Buffalo.<\/li><\/ol>

            \u00a7 6 Definitions Regarding Time<\/h4>
            1. The applicable time zone is the one in which the drinking member is currently located. If the time zone cannot be determined with certainty (e.g. on an airplane in flight), the last time zone that can be determined with certainty applies (e.g. the time zone at the departure airport).<\/li>
            2. Incorrectly set clocks are irrelevant, even if a member has relied on them in good faith.<\/li>
            3. In the event of a dispute, the mobile phone clock of the member who was drinking (and received the Buffalo) shall prevail.<\/li><\/ol>

              \u00a7 7 Handling Disagreements<\/h4>
              1. All members of the honorable Buffalo Club are expected to behave accordingly.<\/li>
              2. In the event of disagreement about whether a Buffalo occurred, the majority of members present shall decide to the best of their knowledge and judgment.<\/li>
              3. Any disagreement may be resolved honorably for all parties by downing the disputed drink.<\/li><\/ol>

                OFFIZIELLE VERFASSUNG<\/h4>

                wie von den bevollm\u00e4chtigten Vertretern ILL PHIL, Dantheman, Chrystal White & Rick James ratifiziert:<\/p>

                **************************<\/p>

                \u00a7 1 Mitgliedschaft<\/h4>
                1. Die Mitgliedschaft ist eine lebenslange Verpflichtung. Sobald du Mitglied bist, ist es unm\u00f6glich, den Buffalo Club jemals wieder zu verlassen.<\/li>
                2. Jede Person, die sich selbst f\u00fcr ehrenhaft genug h\u00e4lt, kann Mitglied des Buffalo Clubs werden.<\/li>
                3. Nur Mitglieder des Buffalo Clubs d\u00fcrfen neue Mitglieder einladen. Die Mitgliedsgeb\u00fchr betr\u00e4gt 1 CHF\/\u20ac\/$ und ist vom Eingeladenen an den Einladenden zu bezahlen.<\/li><\/ol>

                  \u00a7 2 Grundregel<\/h4>
                  1. Alle Mitglieder des Buffalo Clubs m\u00fcssen jederzeit jedes alkoholische Getr\u00e4nk in geraden Stunden mit der rechten Hand und in ungeraden Stunden mit der linken Hand trinken.<\/li>
                  2. Wenn Mitglied A beobachtet, dass Mitglied B in der betreffenden Stunde mit der falschen Hand trinkt, hat Mitglied A \u201eBUFFALO!\u201c zu rufen.<\/li>
                  3. Mitglied B muss daraufhin unverz\u00fcglich sein gesamtes Getr\u00e4nk in einem Zug austrinken.<\/li><\/ol>

                    \u00a7 3 Falscher Buffalo<\/h4>
                    1. Ein \u201efalscher Buffalo\u201c ist das Rufen von \u201eBUFFALO!\u201c zur falschen Zeit (d. h. wenn das andere Mitglied tats\u00e4chlich mit der korrekten Hand trinkt).<\/li>
                    2. Sofern Mitglied A gegen\u00fcber Mitglied B einen falschen Buffalo ausruft, ist Mitglied A verpflichtet, unverz\u00fcglich sein eigenes Getr\u00e4nk in einem Zug auszutrinken.<\/li>
                    3. Hat Mitglied A kein eigenes Getr\u00e4nk, muss es unverz\u00fcglich das Getr\u00e4nk von Mitglied B in einem Zug austrinken und ersetzen. Um Unfairness zu vermeiden, gilt dasselbe, wenn das eigene Getr\u00e4nk von Mitglied A weniger als ein Viertel (1\/4) der Menge des Getr\u00e4nks von Mitglied B enth\u00e4lt.<\/li><\/ol>

                      \u00a7 4 Definition des Trinkens<\/h4>
                      1. \u201eTrinken\u201c ist der Zeitraum vom Moment an, in dem das alkoholische Getr\u00e4nk die Lippen eines Mitglieds ber\u00fchrt, bis das Getr\u00e4nk nicht mehr in der falschen Hand ist (d. h. das Getr\u00e4nk wurde abgestellt oder in die korrekte Hand gewechselt).<\/li>
                      2. Jedes Mitglied des Buffalo Clubs ist verpflichtet, die absolute Wahrheit zu sagen, wenn es gefragt wird, ob ein alkoholisches Getr\u00e4nk die Lippen des Mitglieds bereits ber\u00fchrt hat.<\/li>
                      3. Wird \u201eBUFFALO!\u201c vor oder nach diesem Zeitraum gerufen, passiert nichts (es sei denn, es handelt sich um einen falschen Buffalo gem\u00e4ss \u00a7 3).<\/li>
                      4. \u201eBUFFALO!\u201c gilt als gerufen, sobald der erste Laut des Wortes ausgesprochen ist (d. h. das Getr\u00e4nk in die korrekte Hand zu wechseln, w\u00e4hrend \u201eBUFF…\u201c gerufen wird, hilft nicht).<\/li><\/ol>

                        \u00a7 5 Definitionen zur Benutzung der H\u00e4nde<\/h4>
                        1. Jede Beteiligung einer Hand gilt als Trinken mit dieser Hand (z. B. das Getr\u00e4nk halten, einen Strohhalm ber\u00fchren usw.).<\/li>
                        2. Zweih\u00e4ndiges Trinken gilt immer als ein Buffalo.<\/li>
                        3. H\u00e4ndeloses Trinken (z. B. durch einen Strohhalm trinken, ohne das Getr\u00e4nk zu halten und ohne den Strohhalm mit einer Hand zu ber\u00fchren; direkt aus einem Glas trinken, ohne irgendeine Hand zu benutzen) gilt als Fehlverhalten und daher immer als ein Buffalo.<\/li><\/ol>

                          \u00a7 6 Definitionen zur massgebenden Zeit<\/h4>
                          1. Massgeblich ist die Zeitzone, in der sich das trinkende Mitglied aktuell befindet. Kann die Zeitzone nicht mit Sicherheit bestimmt werden (z. B. in einem fliegenden Flugzeug), gilt die letzte Zeitzone, die mit Sicherheit bestimmt werden kann (z. B. die Zeitzone am Abflughafen).<\/li>
                          2. Falsch eingestellte Uhren sind unerheblich, selbst wenn ein Mitglied in gutem Glauben darauf vertraut hat.<\/li>
                          3. Im Streitfall ist die Uhrzeit auf dem Mobiltelefon des Mitglieds massgeblich, das getrunken hat (und das den Buffalo kassiert hat).<\/li><\/ol>

                            \u00a7 7 Umgang mit Meinungsverschiedenheiten<\/h4>
                            1. Von allen Mitgliedern des ehrenhaften Buffalo Clubs wird erwartet, sich entsprechend zu verhalten.<\/li>
                            2. Bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten dar\u00fcber, ob ein Buffalo vorgekommen ist, entscheidet die Mehrheit der anwesenden Mitglieder nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen.<\/li>
                            3. Jede Meinungsverschiedenheit kann f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten ehrenhaft dadurch beigelegt werden, dass das strittige Getr\u00e4nk in einem Zug ausgetrunken wird.<\/li><\/ol>
